This is an excellent hotel in Jakarta. The staff was fantastic, they went way above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. Overall we had a wonderful time.   Highly recommended!

My new favorite room at my favorite hotel. The Presidential Suite is spacious, with two TVs, ample seating, and a large bathroom with double vanity & soaker tub. Great place to come back to after a day of skiing, or a cozy place to spend a snowy day indoors.

We were excited to stay at Park Hyatt's first and only location in Indonesia. Using 60,000 Hyatt points for our 4-night stay, along with a suite upgrade we enjoyed our Park Suite Deluxe room. We were greeted by name by all of the staff, and over the course of the 4 days, the staff remembered small details about our preferences that were incorporated throughout. Park Hyatt truly encompasses the #LuxuryisPersonal brand & we will definitely stay here again in the future.

Miyako Hotel Hakata is a 5-star hotel located in the heart of Hakata, Japan. The hotel is directly connected to Hakata Station, making it the perfect place to stay for business or leisure travelers. Miyako Hotel Hakata offers spacious and elegant rooms and suites, as well as a variety of amenities, including a natural hot spring spa, a rooftop pool, and a fine dining restaurant. The hotel also has a convenient location, close to many of Hakata's popular attractions, such as the Canal City Hakata shopping mall and the Fukuoka Tower.

Miyako Hotel Hakata, Japan 

Our most anticipated stay of the year: 4 nights at Alila Ventana Big Sur. After flying into Oakland airport, we walked over to the Hertz counter to pick up our rental car. At the counter, the woman pointed us to a row of cars and told us to select one. After scanning the row of Hyundai Elantras, Nissan Altimas, and Toyotas we picked a 2021 Toyota Prius to take us on the 32-mile journey for our one-night stay at the Hyatt Centric Mountainview, further on the 120-mile journey to the Ventana Big Sur. After turning onto Coast Ridge Rd, we drove up to the front gate. We were greeted by an attendant who confirmed our reservation & then opened the gate for us to enter (when unattended there is a call box you can use to reach the front desk who can also open the gate). We drove up the windy, very small road to the valet station. The valet greeted us, reconfirmed our reservation & ushered us up the stairs to the Sur House for check-in. At check-in, we were provided a glass of wine & were given a map along with an overview of the property. Check-in was wonderful as we were one of two couples in the Social House. It was intimate and very informative. After check-in, we walked less than 1 minute to our Big Sur Villa, Room 23. This room is located in the building to the right of Social House, which made for a short walk to the pool & lawn seating areas. 

The Big Sur Villa is "bi-level accommodation with plenty of room to roam". Downstairs there is an outdoor patio, a living room with a fireplace along with a dining area equipped with a Nespresso machine, a sink, ample storage & a mini-fridge. Upstairs there is a very comfortable King bed, two outdoor terraces along with a bathroom equipped with dual vanity, a soaker tub & a shower. At over 900 sq feet, the room was bigger than many NY apartments and was quite comfortable for our 4-night stay. 

In the room was an Ipad, that could be used to order food (during our stay the hotel was all-inclusive), request housekeeping, or check your folio. Each night, we ordered in-room dining for breakfast the next morning, with the food arriving promptly at the scheduled time. After we were settled in the room, we headed out on the 0.5-mile walk to the Sur House for dinner. Prior to arrival, we received an email requesting our preferred dinner time & we selected 530pm. The walk from the room to the restaurant was through the Redwoods & absolutely breathtaking. There were chairs placed along the 0.5 walks if you needed to sit & the hotel also offered a service to help those unable to walk to the restaurant. Upon arrival, we were greeted, checked in & brought outside to the leftmost table facing the ocean. I would highly recommend coming to dinner early to ensure you can select this table which allows for endless views, as well as once the sun sets, the outdoor temperature rapidly drops. The staff has heat lamps by each table and will hand out blankets, however, the cold will still cut through you.

We spent 30k points per night for our 4-night stay where cash rates are upwards of $3,000/night. Having Hyatt Globalist we were upgraded to a Big Sur Villa, their 930 - 1,198 square foot bi-level suite, which was a treat. Overall great stay would definitely return.

Hyatt Zilara Rose Hall is set along a sandy beach on the Caribbean Sea, this upmarket all-inclusive, adults-only resort is 10 km from Sangster International Airport and 11 km from Greenwood Great House.

Featuring balconies or terraces, the sophisticated rooms and suites offer free Wi-Fi, flat-screen TVs, and minibars, plus safes, and tea and coffee-making facilities. Some have sitting areas, butler service, and/or direct pool access.

Booked a 16-day stay under Hyatt's Work From Hyatt program. This was a great deal that was provided per week: 1 cabana rental, 2 spa sessions, and 3 personal training sessions.

With the upgraded oceanfront room we had a large balcony that had amazing views.

The staff was attentive, super personable & great to be around.

Book a stay through Mandarin Oriental's "One More Night" promotion, which offered a complimentary third night when you book three nights. Under their Fans of MO program our booking came with daily breakfast ($83), one time dining credit ($100) and a late check-out (1pm).

My friend spoke highly of the MO Miami for years and I was excited for our three night stay there. We had a wonderful time and now have a new bar for luxury hospitality. Excited for our upcoming stay at MO New York in the fall.
