What We Loved
- Location: The hotel is located in Pacific Place, a large mall in SCBD, filled with shops and restaurants.
- The room was spacious and very clean upon arrival. Daily housekeeping and a nightly turn-down service were provided during our two-night stay.
- Hotel service exceeded our expectations. A manager at Park Hyatt Jakarta, who previously worked at the Ritz, informed the General Manager of our arrival, which resulted in VIP treatment.

This is an excellent hotel in Jakarta. The staff was fantastic, they went way above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. Overall we had a wonderful time. Highly recommended!
