The Bottom Line
What We Loved
- Close to the airport. The hotel has a check-in lounge at MBJ Sangster Airport, with a paid shuttle.
- Booked a 1 Bedroom Ocean View Room and was upgraded to 1 Bedroom Ocean Front Butler Suite. Our three butlers were very attentive & made the stay amazing.
- Delicious food. Due to COVID, restaurants rotated nightly & over the course of two weeks we were able to try many dishes.
- The hotel was at 30% capacity which resulted in little to no wait time for excursions and the pools were not crowded.
What We Didn't Like
- The beach was well-kept, however, there were rocks & seaweed. Ziva's side of the beach was better for entering the water.
- The butler-provided phone stopped working towards the end of our stay & we switched to texting the staff, which ended up being a better, faster way of communicating.
The Verdict
Booked a 16-day stay under Hyatt's Work From Hyatt program. This was a great deal that was provided per week: 1 cabana rental, 2 spa sessions, and 3 personal training sessions.
With the upgraded oceanfront room we had a large balcony that had amazing views.
The staff was attentive, super personable & great to be around.
Would highly recommend a stay at this all-inclusive resort.
