The Bottom Line

What We Loved

  • Screens have captions, great to see accessibility options.
  • Seats are wide, comfy & have cupholders. The trifecta has been a rarity during this journey.
  • Delicious food including a soft warm Cinnamon Sugar Pretzel and Corned Beef Reuben from P St Market.
  • Arena is centrally located, easy, albeit cold, 6-minute walk from our stay at the Kimpton Schofield.

What We Didn't Like

  • On court entertainment was lackluster, no dancers which is an arena staple. Unless they performed & I blinked and missed it?
  • No coat rooms for winter jackets.

The Verdict

Cavs pride is evident with elevator decals, WNBA new team activation, their 2016 Championship wall with relic jerseys on display and even an arena model. The seats were wide, comfortable & had cup holders. While most of the options made us go "meh", we perked up while walking past P Street Market and were enticed by a cinnamon crusted pretzel. While the Cavs trailed the Celtics the entire game and eventually losing, the highlight of the game was when a guest made the 1st half court shot of the season, and the crowd erupted.
