Avoid the "Craft" restaurant and bar one hour before any event at Fiserv Forum as it gets very busy.

Bottom Line

What we loved

Ideal location if attending an event at the Fiserv Forum.
The front desk & housekeeping staff were friendly.
The bed was comfortable & on the firmer side, which I prefer. Provided with 4 pillows, per Queen bed, ranging in firmness.
The room had a coffee machine, fridge, 1 robe while lacking slippers, bathroom amenities (toothbrush, toothpaste, mouthwash, shower cap)
Spacious gym, located on the 3rd floor, with several rowers, 2 Pelotons, 1 Stairmaster, 1 rower, along with free weight.
We ordered takeout from Craft, the hotel lobby restaurant and it was very good.

What we did not like

Slow response to in-app communication.
Check-in ends at midnight, and due to flight delays, we arrived later than expected. Contacted them before midnight to be checked in. Upon arrival, provided ID & was given room keys.
The hotel did not have a pool.
Only 3 elevators, and after the Celtics v Bucks game, there was a long line to use them.

Verdict

Booked a 2-night stay to attend the Celtics v Bucks game. Perfect location for quick access to Fiserv Forum.

Nice, new hotel built with NBA players in mind with high ceilings & wide hallways. With a few tweaks to the in-room amenities (add slippers & toiletries) & faster communication, it could be a highly-ranked mid-level hotel in Milwaukee.
