What we loved
Two weeks prior to check-in received welcome email with links to activities & spa (https://linktr.ee/parkhyattaviara)
Booked a 2 King Bed and received a complimentary upgrade to 2 Kings Foothills View via Hyatt Prive booking.
Large sized gym with free weights & many machines, including a Peloton. The gym also has a room with open floor that I used for stretching and Farmer's carry.
Two pools with nice views.
Le Labo bathroom amenties in full size bottles. There was note that said a $120 charge would be added to folio if bottles were removed from the room.
Dinner in Ponto Lago was the highlight of our stay.
What we did not like
Location is secluded. You will need a car (& pay the $65 per night parking fee) or take an Uber to go to restaurants or shopping.
There were suites available when we checked-in however we were not offered a suite upgrade.
Verdict
Great hotel for a quick weekend gateway from the hustle and bustle of the city.
