Airport shuttle was hard to locate. Called the front desk for 20 minutes with no answer.

Check in was short, while my Globalist status was acknowledged there was no information provided about the hotel, breakfast or other amenities.

Hotel is showing it's age; in need of a renovation.

While we did not hear any airplane noise we could hear our neighbors phone conversations.

On the 2nd day 2 of the 3 elevators had issues and did not move after selecting the lobby. Someone else said the day before the 3rd elevator was doing the same thing & would not go below the 6th floor.

Airport hotel that is not in the walkable vicinity of anything.

Morning of check-in, Junior suites & the presidential suite were available yet Globalist upgrade was only to a Double Bay with Harbor View.
