The Bottom Line

What We Loved

  • Spacious suite with 1.5 bathrooms.
  • Walking distance to the Ferry Building.
  • Close to train station [Embarcadero]

What We Didn't Like

  • Could hear street noise from our 7th-floor room, late at night.
  • The sheet set (w/ duvet) was thin & not as soft as expected.

The Verdict

Great room in a great part of San Fran. Ideal place for a hotel "home base". We paid $182.37 (total) for the one night and being a Hyatt Globalist was upgraded to the Balcony Suite. For San Fran prices this stay was reasonable & the room was well designed to maximize space. If we needed to stay close to Embarcadero, would definitely stay here again.
