The Bottom Line
What We Loved
- Great location: walking distance to Target, Trader Joe's, Walmart & Whole Foods
- "Stylish" new hotel, spacious standard room floor plan.
- Soft, comfortable bed
- Free self-parking ($25 valet)
- In-room Keurig with Dark Magic pods (my favorite)
What We Didn't Like
- Thin "walls": could hear the upstairs neighbor walking around, but didn't hear neighbors on our floor.
- New hotel yet the bathroom hot water faucet "popped" out & was difficult to turn off.
- Confusing light switches spent a few minutes trying to identify what turned on/off.
- Windows don't open, the room was "warm" overnight.
The Verdict
Nice new (opened in 2019) hotel in a great location filled with shops & restaurants. Although the hotel has been open for a while, they still seemed to be working out the kinks.
For the price we paid of $109.24 (total) for our one-night stay, we would definitely stay here again, asking for a higher floor room. During summer this hotel costs upwards of $400/night (+tax) which definitely isn't worth it.
