The Bottom Line

What We Loved

  • Even from behind the backboard, the view was excellent—clearly didn’t feel like a downgrade from center court. Bam bams added extra fun!
  • High-energy crowd and a competitive game made for a thrilling experience.
  • Getting to the arena was smooth, suggesting solid parking/transit options.
  • Navigating the arena was relatively easy, with decent signage and layout.

What We Didn't Like

  • Lower than average—possibly tight spacing or hard seating.
  • Below the vibe and view scores—might not have had standout or diverse food offerings.
  • Fairly pricey, especially for non-center seats (though Row 10 is pretty close).

The Verdict

The view from our seat at Footprint Center was top-notch, even behind the backboard, making every play clear & engaging. Getting around the arena was smooth, & the fried chicken sandwiches were crispy & juicy, exactly what we needed. However, the seats themselves were hard & a bit tight, a clear weak point. Footprint Center in Phoenix, AZ is worth the visit if you're in town.
