• Flight delayed 30 minutes due to "cleaning", when we boarded there were visible crumbs on the tray table & side console

• Seat controls are next to arm rest, which when in use, moved the seat.

• Seat fully reclined is a crammed space, prefer the throne seats on the older models.

• Blanket & pillow had a weird, wet smell. Found a blond hair in the "cleaned" blanket.

• Companions IFE was not working at the start of the flight. FAs did a reset after which it worked.



Positives:

• Flight attendants were personable, however no handwritten note was provided at the end of the flight.

• Breakfast was tasty: tomato frittata, yogurt, waffle & maple bacon.

• The doors were locked open, which takes away from the enclosed experience.
